She began her career as a classroom teacher in Houston before advancing to senior leadership roles in a global nonprofit network supporting children with serious illnesses. Over a decade, she built the capacity of hundreds of leaders across 30 organizations in 20 countries, managing high-performing teams, launching global leadership programs, and delivering impactful trainings and global events.

Haley holds a bachelor’s degree from Rice University, master’s degrees from the University of Denver and Rhodes University in South Africa, and certifications as an ICF coach, Workshopper Master, and Brown University Leadership and Performance Coach.
